How long is the season/opening times?
Our parks are open to residents from 1st February to 21st December. We are closed during the Christmas period and the month of January. Please note that our parks are strictly not intended for residential purposes.
What are the site fees?

What are the facilities in the park?
Playground, laundry, fob activated barrier.
Are dogs welcome in the park?
Yes, dogs are welcome on site. All dogs must be kept in control at all times.
Can I rent/sub-let my mobile home?
No. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited. However extended family/friends are welcome to make use of the mobile home.
What are the extra costs involved?
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of site fees for the 2025 season. ESB is metered & Gas bottles can be purchased on site.
Are there places of interest nearby?
We are within walking distance of the beautiful blue flag Banna Beach. We are approx 3km from the historic village of Ardfert and approx 7km from the village of Ballyheigue.
Do I need to insure my mobile home?
Yes. It is highly advised that you insure your mobile home.
Is there an option for decking?
Yes. We can provide decking at an extra cost.
Do you offer finance/payment plans?
No. Banna Mobile Homes does not have finance options available.
When is full payment required for the mobile home?
Full payment is required once the mobile is sited, connected & ready for use.
Do you have Broadband available?
Yes. Broadband is available to order from an outside provider.
